We understand Commercial landscape design plans are often completed months ahead of construction, with the plant supply contract in most cases not being awarded until a few months or so out from installation. We also understand how all some projects only have limited lead time. Our nursery will carry surplus stock of popular varieties to deliver for projects on tight timelines.

Our customers can enjoy our personalised service with either regular updates on the progress of all contract-grown stock or each customer has the ability to track their order in real time as each seedling is given a unique code to track its journey through the growing stages.

Customers with orders for contract-grown stock are also more than welcome to come and visit the nursery to personally view and check on their contract order.

Orders placed in October-December allow for stock to be grown specifically for the projects planting from April of the following year, ensuring quantity and quality going into the winter planting season.

The Native Spirit Nursery offers a range of services tailored to your business's needs from large and small contract grows for councils, revegetation contractors, landscaping firms and developers.
The Shop page on this website is where you will find out what tubestock and 140mm pots are available for the next winter planting season. The list of species will keep growing depending on the availability of different species of seeds, which need to be collected under licensed conditions and picked by hand. Currenlty, we have 237 species available.
The Native Spirit Nursery specialises in the growing of Western Australian plants for revegetation, conservation or large landscaping projects within the metro Perth area and across the south-west region of WA.
Whether it’s a small project for a private land owner or a large-scale commercial project such as those commissioned by the Main Roads WA, the Public Transport Austhority such as Metronet, MRA and more, Native Spirit Nursery can provide plants in tubestock and 140mm pots, which are growin in-house and native plants/trees from 5L to 1500L to suit.
The Native Spirit Nursery has a recycle program and will arrange collection of the empty tubestock and 140mm containers and trays on a regular basis as the project is being planted. This ensures all containers are being reused for many years, rather than discarded into landfill after the first use.

The Carbon Farming Initiative (CFI) is a voluntary carbon offsets scheme. Planting projects must be of an appropriate size, meet a range of criteria and be deemed eligible to be considered for generating ACCUs. With all carbon farm planting, one crucial consideration should be that of biodiversity; not a handful of plants but a wide species selection, native to the area, to restore the landscape, return native animals and habitats to the area and heal the country.
The Native Spirit Nursery can take orders for large-scale revegetation projects planned for the Wheatbelt area as all of our range of plants are endemic to that specific region.
Orders placed in October-December allow for stock to be grown specifically for the planting projects scheduled for the next, ensuring quantity and quality going into the winter planting season.
Large orders can be delivered to project locations across the Wheatbelt region.

Native Spirit Nursery can be contracted to be the boots on the ground for planting  the stock required for any large-scale revegetation project across the Wheatbelt area of WA. If you have a registered ACCU project or intend to register one in the near future but need the labour and stock to get your project in the ground, then we are the people to see.

Our large-scale revegetation projects are planted by a 100% Indigenous workforce that is local to the areas in which we are planting. We contract our labour, known as Carbon Culture, from our partner NFP organisation, Desire to Aspire (D2A), which has a strong network across Indigenous communities around Western Australia. We have a strong partnership with Carbon Culture, which have work crews that are usually made up of Indigenous people with multiple barriers to employment.

Carbon Culture is able to offer the unskilled work crews the opportunity to become skilled on the job and to undertake suitable career paths or further training that could lead them from a tree planter to a carbon or environmental specialist on our long-term projects.

We understand the benefits of providing these types of employment opportunities where there might be no local jobs and more so the benefits to people who have been unable to gain employment previously due to numerous barriers.

There are many benefits from carbon offsetting. The benefits are felt both internally and externally by the customers who purchase or generate their own carbon offsets. The benefits are internal to the customers in an environmental way by offsetting their carbon emissions in the most ethical and environmentally impactful way and achieving a responsible corporate citizen status for the customer.

On the other hand, if the benefits are seen to be more socially beneficial and generated under a highly ethical method, such as biodiverse revegetation projects, the higher value of the offset unit. If the offsets are ‘Indigenous Delivered’, which means the carbon units are generated by an Indigenous organisation or business as registered projects under the Clean Energy Regulator, they are then deemed to be of the highest value due to the additional social and economical co-benefits that are produced from these particular type of projects.

The projects Native Spirit Nursery and Carbon Culture are involved in is the revegetation of over-farmed and salt-affected land in the Wheatbelt of WA, with large-scale replanting of biodiverse native forests on land like what is shown in the image above.
